Mindful Meet-up

Join a room with other women interested in personal growth & meaningful connections. A place where conversation is different than the norm.

These meet-ups will offer guided opportunities to connect with fellow participants in a relaxed and approachable way. Each month's meet-up will follow a theme to help you bring more joy into your life, have more fun and feel a greater sense of purpose & fulfillment. You'll get opportunity to explore & get curious about what interests you and deepen connections with yourself and others.

If you’re either out-of-practice showing up in-person, or want to build your confidence & courage to do more of it and you have interest in becoming a better version of yourself, then this is the place for you.

Your ticket includes some light snacks (gluten, vegetarian & vegan friendly), and drinks will be available for purchase. Babylon Sisters offers a fabulous selection of non-alcoholic wines & cocktails in addition to their regular bar menu.

I am Christine Dainard, your host, life coach and advocate for authenticity here in the Waterloo Region. I teach women how to reconnect to their true selves, so they can show up in their life more fully, and confidently go after more of what tugs at them. It is my passion and joy to bring like-hearted women together to build their community and find the support they seek in living a more joyful & purposeful life.
