Want to learn about mindful meditation in a beautiful natural setting? Join us during one of our monthly classes to do just that! Sessions will be led by Kathleen Foster, a certified meditation teacher with over 18 years of meditation practice. In addition to learning basic techniques, we will review the well-documented medical evidence that meditation practice reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and actually slows the aging process. No special cushions, incense, sitting cross-legged, or new age music required! Attend one class or all, free, with donations to Hoffler Creek welcome.
