Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host yoga instructor and sound bath facilitator Madeline Mowery for a Mindful Meditation & Sound Bath on Saturday evening, March 8, from 4-6p.
Mattie will lead participants through a gentle Yin flow and guided meditation, followed by a candlelit sound bath utilizing a variety of sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, drums, and more!
Dress comfortably; complementary hot tea and water are provided. Yoga mats and props are provided on site or you're welcome to bring your favorite pillow, blanket, and eye cover/mask to add to the cozy vibes of the sound bath!
