How you eat is just as important as what you eat.
How many times have you found yourself eating on the go, while answering emails, or scrolling through social media? We’ve all been there. But when prioritized, mealtimes can offer us the important opportunity to pause, to check in, and to consciously nourish ourselves.
Join us and practice slowing down, in our Mindful Eating Meditation, a collaborative event with Life Alive Organic Cafe.
This meditation and discussion will help support you in building a meal-time ritual that grounds your mind into intentionality, presence, and nourishment.
Session includes:
A mindful eating meditation led by Emma Ayotte
Including tastings of seasonal food and beverages by Life Alive Organic Cafe
First course: cold pressed juice shot
Second course: butternut bisque soup (contains coconut and allium)
Third course: autumn falafel (contains sesame, soy and allium)
Fourth course: avocado chocolate mousse (contains coconut)
