Mindful Me Time: Cultivate Capacity
About this Event
Step away from the demands of everyday life and spend an evening intentionally filling your own cup at Mindful Me Time: Cultivate Capacity.
Hosted by Dr. Gaby Toloza founder of the Mindful Rebels Collective, this half-day retreat is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, nourishing food, meaningful learning, creativity, and genuine connection. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to care for our minds and bodies while creating space for rest, curiosity, and community.
We’ll begin with a gentle Mindful Rebel Yoga Flow to awaken the body and settle the mind before diving into an empowering conversation with Dr. Amanda Reeve, pelvic floor physical therapist and founder of Waves of Wellness Pelvic Health. Through her approachable and compassionate teaching, you’ll gain practical insights into pelvic health and everyday ways to better support your body.
The evening continues with a nourishing meal thoughtfully prepared by Abigail Rose Joslyn of Abi Rose LLC, followed by playful oracle card exploration, analog crafts, and plenty of quality girl time designed to help you slow down, connect, and simply enjoy being together.
This isn’t another workshop where you’re expected to perform or produce. It’s an invitation to cultivate the capacity to care for yourself with intention and to remember that healing often happens in community.
