Mindful Mandalas CEU Event

This workshop is an engaging, experiential course for clinicians seeking to integrate a creative, evidence-based mindfulness tool into their professional practice and personal self-care. Participants will learn the history, symbolism, and therapeutic application of mandalas (Sanskrit for "circle") as a meditative practice for self-expression, emotional regulation, and stress reduction.

Through a guided process, this course will lead participants in creating their own mindful mandalas using simple art materials, emphasizing process over product. We will explore the use of color, pattern, and form to deepen self-awareness and gain insight into internal states. The course will also cover practical strategies for adapting mindful mandala techniques for use with clients to facilitate non-verbal communication and emotional processing.

*No prior art experience is required. This course is for any professional seeking an accessible and creative way to incorporate mindfulness into their work.
