Welcome to the Mindful journal club ---- a compassionate community focused on personal growth & self discovery through journalling creative expression movement & practising gratitude.
We meet every last Sunday of the month to maintain the practice of self discovery thought journalling. Along with this we will have journal prompts given to you every alternate week to keep you inspired to stay on your practise to mindfulness.

If your seeking for a safe space to rediscover yourself connect with your emotions cultivate mindfulness release through creative self-expression and to find comfort in a nurturing community this club will become your new home away from home. This self discovery program combines the therapeutic power of art & journalling to foster introspection creativity and personal growth.
New to journalling ? We got you .... No prior experience needed and if u have been journalling can this still be for you? yes of course -- You can come pick up new tips and tricks share some of your own find inspiration & build community.
All art materials will be provided by your facilitator only thing to bring would be your journal .
