This in-person support group is dedicated to providing compassionate care for Dallas Meditation Center attendees who are navigating the normal yet challenging experiences of grief. Facilitated by Cheryl Muck-King, Jiyoon Lee and Elena Jacobs, our group exists to offer mindful presence and understanding without providing grief therapy or counseling.
Event Schedule:
6:00 – 7:00 pm: Mindful Grief Support Group
Formal meeting time with meditation and guided self-compassion practices.
7:00 – 8:30 pm: Community Sharing and Caring (Optional)
Participants are invited to share or listen mindfully. Supportive group discussion about lessons learned and practices used.
