Mindful Eating Circle: Transform Your Relationship with Food
About this Event
Mindful Eating Circle: Transform Your Relationship with Food
In our busy lives, eating often becomes automatic. We eat while working, scrolling, worrying, rushing, or thinking about the next thing on our to-do list. Over time, we can lose touch with the simple experience of nourishing ourselves.
Join us for an intimate mindful eating experience in a private home in Cricklewood. Rather than a formal workshop or clinical setting, this gathering is designed to feel like sharing food around a friend’s table—warm, relaxed, and personal.
This intimate gathering offers a space to pause, reconnect with your senses, and discover how mindfulness can transform the way you experience food.
WHAT TO EXPECT
An evening of mindful exploration through food, awareness, and gentle reflection.
Please bring one piece of fruit or a simple food item of your choice (such as an apple, orange, grapes, date, or a small snack). This will become the focus of our mindful eating practice.
Together we will explore:
- How to slow down and become fully present while eating
- Using all five senses to experience food more deeply
- Recognising hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues
- The connection between stress, emotions, and eating habits
- Cultivating gratitude and appreciation for nourishment
- Simple mindfulness techniques you can bring into everyday meals
The session will include guided mindfulness exercises, a mindful eating practice, gentle discussion, and space for reflection in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
