Due to popular demand (and a little help from Mother Nature last time), we’re hosting another Mindful Doodling Workshop! If you missed out because of weather or scheduling conflicts, now’s your chance to join in the fun.
This workshop is all about slowing down, relaxing, and getting creative in a mindful and stress-free way.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to center your thoughts, then jump into a fun doodling activity inspired by the energy of crystals. You’ll have time to design, color, and personalize your creation while staying present and enjoying the process.
Perfect for all ages and all levels of artistic experience, this class is a wonderful opportunity to unwind solo, bring a friend, or enjoy time with your family.
