Carrie has been studing mindfulness for most of her life and is:
- Certified through Mindful School to teach mindful communication,
- An ICF accredited professional coach,
- A graduate of Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching Program,
- A certified mindfulness meditation teacher under Jack Kornfied and Tara Brach’s two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Program
With over 30 years of experience teaching public education in the US, Turkey, and Nepal, she is a seasoned facilitator whose classes are taught with cultural sensitivity and in a way that centers body, heart, mind, and community. Carrie believes that when we listen deeply to ourselves and others, anything is possible.
