MINDFUL BREATH-WORK – 5 WEEK WORKSHOP IN MONTREAL, STARTING ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20
Have you ever wondered about the true potential of one's breath?
Breathing is like a bridge between the body and the mind, conscious and unconscious, physical and metaphysical.
We can live without breath only for a number of minutes, breathing is absolutely essential for our life, health, and well-being.

You will be guided over a course of 5 Thursdays into a combination of effective breathing techniques that will boost your vitality, enhance your capacities of self-regulation, as well as support you in your inner, spiritual quest.
La respiration est non seulement vitale pour la santé, mais aussi essentielle pour le développement spirituel et la transformation interne.
Some techniques will be combined with the movement, such as common Vinyasa flows, or Chi Gong circles; there will be practices of in-depth breath-work immersion.

✨TIME: 19:30, please be punctual.
Better come a bit earlier, especially if you are new to the area!
DURATION: approximately 2 hours.
✨MEETING PLACE: 7835 rue des Érables, this is a community center inside Nicolas-Tillemont park (le chalet du parc).
The closest metro station is D'Iberville; if you drive, it should be relatively easy to find a parking space around the park.
PRICE: FREE (donations accepted, but not mandatory, it is really up to you).
WHAT TO BRING: just yourself and the wish to learn new. You can bring your Yoga mat, but we will have some.
✨WHO CAN ATTEND: everybody, all levels are welcome, you can stop at any point of the class and just take things easy. The class is meant to be interesting and enjoyable.
