Join us for an all-levels wellness class in the Museum’s galleries! Certified instructor Nancy Gardner will lead a Tai Chi/Qigong primer, focusing on slow, meditative movements. Bring a yoga mat for stability and an open, creative mind. Registration required. FREE for members / $12 for nonmembers, includes admission.
