〰️Reflect with gratitude as you take home your work of art.
Suitable for beginners/improvers our main aim is to relax, calm, soothe the nervous system and get creative together, 🤗 no previous experience of art or meditation needed.
Expect:
🌿 Gentle Guidance to explore Watercolour Painting. An example image of my own artwork is provided for you to copy, or maybe you want to experiment, all is encouraged 😊no pressure—just joy, exploration, and discovery.
🌿 Guided meditation with reiki energy healing from myself (angelic & usui reiki master)
🌿 Time in Nature
🌿 Supportive, calm and welcoming space to connect with others and step into a healing and creative flow.
🌿 All Art materials are provided and the lovely tea rooms will be open for refreshments ☕️
