Slow down, create, and reconnect in this six-session series exploring mindfulness through art. Using creative rituals, guided prompts, and both individual and group art-making, participants will discover how the creative process can help cultivate presence, self-expression, and connection.
Each session explores a different theme: Mindfulness, Presence, Breath, The Senses, Intention, and Mindful Living. You'll be encouraged to let go of perfection, reconnect with your creativity, and enjoy the process of making. No artistic experience is needed.
