Mindful Art & Yoga for Children 5 weeks course starts on the 28th of February
Fridays from 4pm to 5.30pm
Adventure with art & yoga - journey for your child's body, mind and heart.
Time to learn and discover the beauty inside and around us through art, playing, moving, singing and relaxing time together.
Time to meet new friends, grow friendships and listen to others. Time to nourish all the beautiful seeds that are growing in the gardens of our hearts - seeds of joy, love and courage.
Price for full 5 weeks is 50eur
Course is suitable for children from 6-9 years of age.
