Looking to lead a more mindful, intentional life in 2023 and beyond?
Join this six week course and learn:
  • How the mind works, how stress can affect you and what our emotional states look and feel like
  • How mindfulness can help bring awareness to your life, behaviours and reactions
  • How you can incorporate mindfulness into your day to day - whether you have 10 seconds or ten minutes
  • What mindfulness techniques there are and what works for you
  • How to be mindful through guided practices at the end of each session

Session are ran by a qualified psychotherapist who has both studied and practiced mindfulness for the past four years. Sessions will be held with a small, intimate group, where the values of safety. empathy and kindness will be upheld.


Dates: 8th January - 12th February, 8:30am - 9:30am
