May is Mental Health Awareness month. In honor of it, Mental Health Matters of Washington (MHM WA) presents its second annual MINDfest 2024, a mental health arts festival on Thursday, May 9th from 1 pm - 7 pm at Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon, WA. Thanks to our wonderful partners at Skagit Valley College! This is a FREE community event that’s open to all. This year’s theme is: Caring for the Mind, Body, and Spirit. It is an informative, inspiring and inclusive event that brings diverse communities together.
