About this Event

Join us Saturday October 8th from 3-5pm at the beautiful Dunedin Pilates studio for an afternoon of cleansing and stress relieving stretches, speaking out truths and healing through sound bowls.

Tickets are $20 and are very limited due to the intimacy of the event.

We love and appreciate the female entrepreneurs in our community and want to provide a safe space for them to vent and be cleared of stress in a healthy and positive manner - please join us for this uplifting couple of hours to decompress and relinquish the tough stuff we carry all day.
