Join us for our monthly LGBTQAI Mindfulness and Group, where we come together to cultivate well-being and support within our community. Each meeting will focus on mindfulness practices designed to enhance mental and emotional health, promote self-care, and foster connections among participants.
What to Expect:
- Guided mindfulness sessions to help you relax and center yourself.
- Through art, movement, meditation, writing, and play we will explore ways to live more mindfulness.
Whether you’re a seasoned mindfulness practitioner or new to the concept, all are welcome. Let’s create a safe and inclusive space for everyone to thrive!
