Mind The Gap: How To Measure Gender Pay Inequalities

Despite its reputation for innovation and growth, Israel's tech sector is facing significant pay gaps, particularly for women who make up a great portion of the workforce.

To address this issue and promote greater equality and diversity, the Israeli government has implemented the Wage Transparency Law. This law mandates that employers with over 518 employees must disclose an annual report on gender pay gaps each year.

In order to assist companies of all sizes, including those not obligated to submit the report, we will be hosting an event to discuss effective tools for measuring pay gaps and best practices for bridging the divide and promoting workforce equality.
