Join us on a powerful and transformational journey to release emotional blocks & negative thought patterns and connect with yourself.We will combine different types of breathwork, shamanic drumming, sound healing and mind shifting tools.
We will start with a sound bath and grounding, then slowly move to shamanic breathwork with drums (deep intentional breathing), intensify the breathwork journey and end with the sound bath.
Some segments of the breathwork can be quite intense but they are very transformational, and I will be there to guide you and hold space for you. You will let go of what doesn’t serve you and you will explore deeper aspects of you and connect with who you really are.

About me:
I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, NLP master practitioner and a certified breathwork practitioner. In addition to my extensive training under the guidance of top minds in the field I always continue on learning and will never stop. I am inspired by my teachers, by my clients, by the plants and the people and shamans of the Amazon.
In addition to group breathwork sessions, I work with my clients 1:1 on different issues where the mind is at play (weight, phobias, bad habits, sleep, chronic pain, stress and anxiety).
