How are you guys? We are thrilled to bring back MIND-SHIFT: Mental Health Event happening on Friday 27th September at 18:30pm at OGGB 260-051.
We are bringing all our students together to this event?
This is a free event, open to all students!
There will be live music, games, & free snacks
But most importantly there will be inspiring stories shared, and a talk on Mental Health.
We are not professional mental health advisors, we are just creating a space for the topic to be addressed and to hear some stories from students who have navigated life challenges. ☺️
