As small businesses face increasing challenges, it’s crucial for Black entrepreneurs to be prepared. Jamii, in partnership with Lloyds Bank, launched Geared For Growth in May 2024 to support Black-owned businesses in navigating and thriving in today's economic environment.

Our second Geared For Growth networking night, Mind On My Money, Money On My Mind, will focus on crucial aspects of money management.

Featuring a panel talk comprising founders and money experts, the aims of this event are to:

• create a safe space to discuss the financial highs and lows of business
• empower business owners to take control of their growth with critical insights and practical strategies for effective financial planning.

Topics will include budgeting, cash flow management, investment strategies, funding options, and risk management.
