Mind Games Lv. 2: A Curated Pop-Up Of Art and Play

An art show you can actually play. Yeah, we said it.

Mind Games is not your typical gallery experience and that is exactly the point. No standing around pretending to understand abstract paintings. This is a video game inspired art installation that pulls you all the way in and does not let go.

The entire space has been transformed by Anthony Bartley, aka FadingRoyalty, into a world

where creativity and competition live in the same room. Think art that moves, reacts, and dares you to interact with it. Check out the sneak peek videos and images below because you are going to want to see this before you show up.

Open tables for classic games, screens running your favorite video games, custom programmed arcade cabinets built to chase high scores, an interactive art station to create your own masterpiece, and the ultimate Smash Bros showdown to finally settle the debate in your friend group once and for all.

Alongside all of that, you will find original artwork from some of Chicago's most talented artists woven throughout the entire experience. Whether you come for the art, the nostalgia, the competition, or all three, Mind Games is giving you full permission to tap back into your curiosity and your inner kid.
