Join Nettie Zan for an evening of playing attention with their latest Amusing Meditations event. Mind Games will be a no-phone, structured event lasting 90 minutes where we engage with our sensory perception in new and interesting ways. We will challenge our relationship with words, repetition and listening through a sequence of exercises which tickle the mind and carve new neural pathways at the intersection of play and meditation.
