MindFree Fridays are a unique collection of sound healing and meditations to help you free your mind. Each Friday, a different meditation or sound healing will be offered. Sound, external or internal, allows the body to open on a subtle level. As energy pathways open, they are cleansed and cleared by sound. The pure vibrations of mantras, singing bowls, gongs, musical instruments, song/kirtan, is like riding the first-class train to peace and tranquility!Healing Soundbath Description: Come on a journey of the soul as Lauren relaxes your body and removes energy that is no longer needed using a myriad of tools such as didgeridoo, Native drum, seed pods, hand pan, tongue drum, crystal pyramids & singing bowls and tuning forks. The journey will take its own form depending on the energy of the room, and you'll leave relaxed and rejuvenated. Lauren is thrilled to be back in the saddle of sound healing after a long year without it. She's excited to see you there!

About Lauren: Lauren Gale has been a musician her whole life. After earning a Bachelor's in Music Business from UCD, she was sucked into the world of pop music to learn some lessons about integrity (or lack there of) of much of the music industry. She found her way out and is now fully pursuing her life purpose of spreading Love and Healing through Sound and Music.
