Mind Flow is the home of English-language Improv in Tel Aviv. We aim to create open, playful and judgement-free spaces where children and adults can connect, learn, express and get creative.
Sarah Markowitz is a professional actress and improviser. She's been acting since the age of 7, and received improv training at The Upright Citizens Bridage Improv Theater in New York City. She can be seen in 100s of commercials in Israel, as well as oftentimes in Israeli tv and movies. She also worked for several years as an English teacher for kids, who she has a unique connection to. She believes it's never too early to start getting your feet wet with improv and acting.
Adaya is the founder of Mind Flow. She is an Improvisor and a trained Psychologist. Originally from Australia, she has studied Improv at ImproAustralia and at Chicago IO and has been practicing, teaching and performing Improv for the past 10 years. Adaya holds both a Masters of Neuropsychology as well as a Masters of Clinical Psychology and her passion is finding the intersection between Improvisation, Psychology and the brain. She believes that Improv skills are useful in almost every aspect of life; from work to relationships to everyday human interactions, and that everyone should try improv at least once in their life!
