Get ready to 'hop' into downward-facing dog and 'brew' up some zen! Join Taylor & The Sanctuary Brewery for a 'pint-sized' yoga practice that's the 'root' of all relaxation.
Our Beer Yoga event is the perfect way to 'tap' into your inner peace and 'uncap' your full potential. Enjoy a cold beer as a prop in our practice (or two, or three...) while you 'stretch' your limits and 'ferment' new friendships.
So why 'lager' around? Come for the beer, stay for the 'grain' of truth – yoga is more fun with a pint in hand!
