This free open-to-the-public event features spiritual practices for all ages and abilities. There will be three 30-minute sessions with workshops on various spiritual practices such as sound bathing, labyrinth walking, mindful meditation, gentle yoga, drumming, poetry, gardening, and stoic philosophy.
The event will feature Jamila York(she/her) Herbalist, Sound Healer, and Reiki Practitioner who will be running three sound bathing sessions that will foster deep relaxation and healing.
