For over 30 years, from Corporate management to entrepreneurship to community service, Robbie has focused on success principles & human potential. He believes that everyone has an unlimited potential that can be reached with a positive mindset, a healthy lifestyle and a clear understanding of our God-given purpose. With a mind for service, he loves helping people become the best possible version of themselves!

As an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team, founder of "Lead Augusta" & "Lead the Lake" organizations, Robbie has a passion for giving back by working with individuals and businesses with his time, experience & resources. He currently serves as a Mentor for Young Men on the Move, a mentor with technology startups at the Clubhouse and has served in numerous civic & non-profit organizations, including Rotary, YMCA, and Chambers of Commerce.

Robbie's latest project, the "Lure of the Lake" podcast, features the many interesting residents of the Lake Oconee area with weekly episodes, sharing life journeys, lessons learned and fun stories along the way!

An Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse by profession, Mary often sees people in their worst physical health. Serving during the Covid pandemic, Mary was often the only human contact between her patients and their families. But as stressful as that was, she treasured making a difference in their lives, sometimes in their final days, with caring compassion.

She loves coaching & guiding people into taking small, consistent steps to improve their overall health, at any age or any condition. She believes that you can improve your physical and mental health tomorrow by taking proactive action today. While Mary is a medical professional, she also believes in the practice of holistic medicine and that by providing our body with what it needs, assist it in healing itself.

Mary is a long time yoga practitioner & certified instructor, recently completing an immersive training in the Peruvian jungle! She believes practicing yoga is one of the best ways to calm & manage our stress-filled modern lives and will be taking us on a guided tour of the ancient practice.

As Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A in Grovetown, GA, Erik has a "Legacy of Impact" mindset for his family, friends, team and community. He studies & models faith-based servant leadership values in every area of his life. Erik maintains harmony & balance with his 4 F's: Faith, Family, Freedom and Fun.

Erik has a heart to serve & give back and is very active in his church, Warren Baptist and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, where he has completed Leadership Columbia County and currently serves as a mentor in the Young Men on the Move Mentoring Program for young professional men. 

Erik was nominated and ultimately won the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Man of the Year 2022 for his team fundraising effort to fight these cruel diseases. He led his team, "Cowz 4 A Cause" to victory with extraordinary heart and leadership!
