This 60-minute class blends gentle movement, deep stretching, and spiritual connection to help you feel more balanced—physically, mentally, and energetically. We’ll flow through a variety of speeds depending on the energy of the day, always moving with intention and linking breath to movement.
Expect a calm, supportive space where we explore the chakra system, incorporate grounding breathwork, and take time to stretch deeply and tune inward. Some moments may feel more fluid and active, while others may lean into stillness and reflection—but every class is designed to leave you feeling more open, centered, and connected.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are!
