CLASSES ON TRANSFORMATION!

Looking for ways to holistically enhance this thing called life? Here, we will take some unique approaches to breaking through considered life-long challenges and barriers. You will be guided to increase mental clarity by engaging in activities that strengthen and increase your intuition and senses. You will learn tools, including advanced forms of meditation, that will help you experience new emotional levels of daily peace and happiness. We will dive into the energetics of color and sound therapy to help enhance your physical body’s ability to recover and heal. You can join either LIVE, IN-PERSON, or simply listen to the replays when convenient for you!

BIO: Brenda is an Energy Life Coach who is passionate about helping others stand in their own health, power and truth. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in nursing,is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner through Healing Beyond Borders, and a Certified John Maxwell Coach/Speaker. She has worked in the field of personal development/healing for the past 15+ years. She is a member of Healing Beyond Borders, American Holistic Nurses Association, and Healing Touch St. Louis. She currently works full-time with ProCare Health as a Life Support Coach. Brenda’s focus when working with her clients is: empowerment, self-mastery, and self-realization.
