This 90 min workshop is for anyone experiencing a certain symptom in the body and would like to explore why it exists. If you are experiencing pain, tension, digestion complications, or another dis-ease of the body come and re-learn how to listen to our body symptoms and the messages we are being told. We will begin with breath awareness, move through a flow to connect mind and body, leading into yin postures, followed by a guided meditation to ask our bodies really good questions in order to get really good answers of why it is experiencing what it is experiencing.
At the end of the workshop, you will:
Feel more connected with your higher self.
Relieve symptoms.
Gain awareness of limiting beliefs and reveal the truths.
Learn a process that can help you heal your life.
