NEW SEMINAR DROPPEDExplore the details of the body-mind connection with Daniil Ryabko. Trained under the tutelage of Mikhail Ryabko from a very young age, Daniil’s intuitive grasp of Systema enables him to work with the human body and psyche in an extremely integrated way. Learn to move the way your body was designed and to find power and confidence in your daily life.
These lessons are taught in the context of the martial art and combative, but make no mistake as Systema is non-destructive in nature and the training will be beneficial even to those not primarily based in such disciplines.
Extra classes will be available on the Friday before and Monday after the seminar.

Systema is a Russian Martial Art which emphasises the whole body and mind connection in its explorations of movements. Lacking any fixed forms and katas, the training helps every participant to find their own individual expressions. This is why the art was first called “Poznai Sebia” or “Know Thyself”.
Training in the Russian Martial Art is a way to truly understand ourselves better to see our limits and pride to see how truly weak we really are.
The training is dynamic and fluid, with no set patterns to repeat. Instead, fun and challenging drills are performed to give every participant a way to break out of a self limiting mindset to understand true freedom.
