This group is a somatic experiencing group focusing on calming or settling the nervous system. We use a different exercise each week to help us identify ways to get our nervous systems out of fight or flight and overwhelm and help them come back down to the peaceful settled place we’re supposed to occupy most of the time.
This group is for anyone who experiences anxiety, depression, trauma or any other symptom of a nervous system on high alert.
