Mind, Body & Soul - A Holistic Workshop for Women

Menopause is a natural stage of life, yet many women experience it feeling unprepared, unsupported or alone.

This holistic workshop has been created to provide a safe and welcoming space for Muslim women to come together, learn, reflect and feel supported through this transition — guided by the principles of the Qur’an and Sunnah.

Throughout the day, we will explore menopause from three key perspectives:

✨ Medical – Understanding the physical and hormonal changes

✨ Mental Wellbeing – Navigating emotions, identity and mental health

✨ Spiritual – Finding strength, purpose and connection through faith

With reminders rooted in Islam, we will reflect on patience (sabr), self-compassion and trusting in Allah during this stage of life.

You will hear from experienced speakers, take part in meaningful discussions, and have the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive and faith-conscious environment.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
