In this expressive class, you’ll create a lively field of poppies dancing against a textured, sunlit sky — a celebration of movement, warmth, and natural beauty.
Santa Fe artists Laura Tarnoff and Mickey Bond will guide you step-by-step as you layer bold reds, deep greens, and shimmering blues to bring your poppies to life. You’ll explore techniques for building texture with brushstrokes, creating contrast with color, and capturing the dynamic spirit of summer blossoms in full bloom.
No experience needed. We provide all the materials, guidance, and inspiration — you simply arrive ready to relax and create. Sip a mimosa, enjoy light brunch bites, and feel free to bring your favorite beverage or treat as you paint your own radiant summer masterpiece.
Artful Soul Creative Experiences is located on the ground floor in the back of the Santa Fe Village Mall. 227 Don Gaspar Ave Santa Fe, NM 87501. There is no public parking at our location. Park on the street or the Water Street Parking lot.
