Mladifest 2026

Since 2013, Mladifest has been an annual retreat hosted by a different Croatian parish each year. We are deeply excited and honored to host Mladifest for a second time! Organized by Sacred Heart's Croatian Catholic Youth, this upcoming September retreat is designed for Catholic youth and young adults between the ages of 16 and 35, as well as friends who are connected to our Croatian community. The weekend features talks in English, small groups, Mass, Adoration, praise and worship, and time for community building. We ask that participants come ready to be fully present and engaged throughout the entire experience.

Please note that participation is by registration only, and eligibility requirements are strictly followed. We reserve the right to cancel any registrations that do not meet the listed criteria. Eventbrite's processing fees are non-refundable, and refunds issued due to ineligibility are provided as a courtesy at the discretion of the organizers. Accommodations

Participants have three options for accommodations during the retreat:

1. Host Families (Ages 18+) We have a limited number of host family accommodations available, with priority given to participants traveling from out of town. Please note that participants ages 16 and 17 are not eligible to stay with host families; we ask that their chaperones organize their stay.

2. Group Rate Hotel: Hyatt Downtown Milwaukee We have secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee:

Standard King or Double Room: $179

Triple Occupancy: +$20

Quad Occupancy: +$40

Please note that all hotel expenses, including any applicable fees and deposits, are the responsibility of the participant. We encourage you to book your accommodations early, as availability is limited.

3. Find your own stay If participants would like to organize their own stay, that's perfectly fine! Please note that participants will be responsible for their own transportation between their chosen accommodations and Sacred Heart Parish.
