Christine Hauptly Annin (violin), Kangwon Lee Kim (violin), Charlie Rasmussen (gamba), and Fumi Nishikiori-Nakayama (harpsichord) perform a program exploring trio sonatas, duos, and chamber music composed during the late Baroque era. Included are beautiful 17th-century German trios by Buxtehude, and an anonymous chaconne from the Partirbuch Ludwig. Also featured are sonatas for two violins by Jean-Marie Leclair, along with the D Major sonata for viola da gamba and harpsichord by J.S. Bach. The program ends with Vivaldi’s virtuosic trio sonata, "La Follia."This series features pay-what-you-wish admission at the door, with a suggested donation of $20. Doors open at 6:30.
