Join for our free monthly walking meet-up!
Our group walks offer an opportunity to meet others who understand ADHD, enjoy some fresh air and gentle exercise, and have a chat while exploring different locations around Milton Keynes.
There's no pressure to talk or socialise more than you're comfortable with. Whether you're joining us for the first time or you're a regular member, you're very welcome!
Meeting time: 6:00pm

WhatsApp Walking Group
We have a dedicated WhatsApp Walking group that we use to share our live location during walks.
This can help you find us if you're running late or become separated from the group.
Joining the WhatsApp group is optional. You can attend our walking meet-ups without joining WhatsApp.
The WhatsApp joining link will be provided in your Eventbrite booking confirmation.

If you're planning to attend, please book a free ticket through Eventbrite.
Booking a ticket is the only way to confirm your attendance. Selecting "Going" on an event listing in our Facebook group, or commenting on a post, does not count as registration.
Registration is completely free and helps us know how many people to expect and when everyone has arrived.
It also reduces the administration involved in running the group, helping us continue providing these free meet-ups.
