Join CrossFit Millstone for a fun run to local breweries! This event is free to attend and any fitness enthusiast or brewery lover is invited to join us for this exciting event!!!Objective: To complete a 6 mile run with a weighted ball as a team of 5 people, visiting different breweries along the route.
Event Details:
-Event starts at 10:00 am and will go until completion (3-4 hours.)
-Start at Riverside Grille and cross the 74 bridge to Bent River Brewing Company.
-Depart Bent River Brewing Company and head to Pour Bros Craft Taproom.
-From Pour Bros Craft Taproom we will cross back over 74 to Adventurous Brewing.
-We will carry the med ball in our team of 5 to the final destination of Riverside Grille to celebrate!
Challenges:
-Teams will take a team picture with med ball at the brewery/restaurant.
-1 team member must purchase a beer at the brewery/restaurant (Non-Alcoholic available!)
-Each team completes a total of 50 burpees at each location.
Rules:
-Teams must consist of 5 people.
-The weighted ball must be carried by team members at all time during the run.
-Teams must complete all challenges and tasks at each brewery to earn points.
-The team with the fastest overall time and completion of all challenged wins.
