Millie's Milestones is a 4-week program for both caregivers and their preschooler.
This program focuses on strengthening connection, co-regulation skills, understanding behaviour, and building a healthy family culture.
In Module 1, you will learn how to:
- Build a strong connection
- Improve communication
- Gain parenting strategies
- Grow and practice together.
