After the warmth and quiet response to our first evening, Millet Soirée returns for a Second Sitting - continuing our exploration of South Indian millets through an intimate, thoughtfully paced supper.

Rooted in centuries of everyday South Indian cooking, millets have long been nourishing, resilient, and deeply connected to the land. This second edition revisits these heirloom grains with fresh perspective - allowing seasonality, technique, and storytelling to guide the menu as it takes shape.

Guests can expect a carefully composed, multi-course experience that moves gently through flavours and textures, balancing comfort with quiet complexity. Familiar elements may reappear, others may be reimagined - always with the grain at the centre and intention in every course.

This is not a festival or a buffet, but a shared table experience. Seating is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy, pacing, and connection - inviting guests to slow down, savour, and engage as the evening unfolds.
