Milk Steaming 101

This class is for the home barista who is interested in experimenting with upping their milk steaming game.

Come prepared to learn the basics:

• The standard milk steaming techniques
• Temperature and the role it plays in creating a delicious espresso based beverage
• Milk brands and why they matter
• Milk to espresso ratio from a Macchiato to a Latte

This will be a fun time filled with hands-on learning as each attendant will get a chance to jump on the bar and try their hand at steaming the perfect pitcher of milk!

We will be consuming a good bit of caffeine as we taste beverages so please ensure you are not attending on an empty stomach.
