Milk & Mic: Stories, Poetry, and Black Breastfeeding Celebrations

Join us for Milk & Mic, a heart-filled evening blending art, community, and the beauty of our breastfeeding journeys.

In honor of Black Breastfeeding Week, we’ll gather outdoors to celebrate the stories, poetry, and voices that uplift and affirm the experiences of Black breastfeeding parents, families, and birthworkers.

• Open mic for poetry, storytelling, and music
• Reflections on Black motherhood, birth, and breastfeeding
• Warm, family-friendly atmosphere
• Space to connect with others in the community
• Light refreshments provided🎟 Cost: Free & open to all

🌿 Outdoor Note: Please bring a chair, blanket, or anything that will keep you comfortable while you enjoy the evening.

🎤 Calling Poets & Storytellers:We are offering stipends to featured poets and storytellers who sign up in advance.
