Heather Mullins & Marissa Jensen from Knowlton House Distillery are coming to The Milk Merchant to celebrate dairy month. You will you learn all about TenHead spirits & how they are made using milk sugar, a byproduct of making cheese. You will get to taste these award-winning spirits on their own & in a few cocktails. This class will also have a hands-on portion, as you will get a chance to shake your own espresso martini. The Milk Merchant team, including Chef Maggie will be pairing small plates with a focus on Wisconsin cheese to go along with the spirits. Cheese, cocktails, a boozy ice cream drink too.
