Join us in honoring American Military Veterans. The service and sacrifices of military veterans will be honored at the city of Burleson's sixteenth annual Military Veterans Tribute at 10 a.m.
This year's guest speaker is U.S. Navy veteran Jessica Pounds, who served aboard the USS Bataan (LHD 5) during the Global War on Terrorism and Operation Enduring Freedom as a mass communication specialist 3rd class petty officer.
Veterans Memorial Plaza is a city-owned park that features a fountain surrounded by bricks engraved with the names of local service members.
Inclusivity is essential. We strive to create programs that are welcoming and accessible to individuals of all abilities and are continuously working to improve how we support participation.
