What will the day look like?

The day will be introduced by our most senior colleagues within the Defence group to provide an overview of the business, the roles we offer and major high-profile programmes we have helped to deliver.

Attendees will have opportunities throughout the day to network with others, who will be on a similar path to you in looking for a career in civilian life. We will hold small workshops later in the day to help attendees work on aiming their CVs at civilian employers, interviewing techniques, learning and development, as well as managing the transition experience to take your career search to the next level.

The day will not end there, as attendees will then be invited to a social networking opportunity to get to know our colleagues from the north west and beyond.
