Milestones to Millions is an in-person executive growth and supplier-development experience hosted by WBEC-West for women-owned businesses that are ready to move beyond early-stage growth and strengthen their ability to scale.

The Colorado Milestones to Millions Luncheon is designed around the theme:

From Revenue to Readiness — Growth Session for Women Business Owners Ready to Scale

The event brings together growth-stage women business owners, corporate partners, business leaders, and resource partners for a focused conversation about what it takes to build a company that is prepared for larger opportunities.

Rather than focusing only on making connections, the luncheon addresses the business infrastructure, financial strategies, relationships, and decision-making required to successfully scale.

The approximately 2½-hour program includes:

• Welcome & Framing — Setting the stage for the challenges and opportunities businesses face as they scale.
• Curated Networking Luncheon — Intentional relationship-building among WBEs, corporate representatives, and community partners.
• Moderated Peer Panel — Established women business owners share lessons learned from growing businesses beyond the $1 million revenue milestone.
• Interactive Table Discussions — Attendees discuss growth challenges, opportunities, and strategies with their peers and corporate participants.
• Financial/Growth Discussion — JPMorgan Chase contributes expertise around financial readiness and strategies that support sustainable business growth.
• Closing & Connections — Attendees leave with actionable takeaways and new relationships to continue developing.

The primary audience is women business owners at or approaching $1 million+ in revenue who are preparing for their next stage of growth.

The event is also intended to engage WBEC-West Corporate Members, procurement and supplier inclusion professionals, financial experts, prime contractors, community partners, and other organizations that support the growth of women-owned businesses.

Importantly, participation does not have to be limited to the existing WBEC-West network. The Colorado event provides an opportunity to introduce new women-owned businesses and corporate/community partners to WBEC-West.

The goal is not simply networking. The program is designed to help women business owners examine whether their companies are truly positioned to take on larger opportunities.

Discussions can address areas such as financial readiness, operational capacity, access to capital, pricing and margins, infrastructure, leadership, risk, corporate procurement expectations, and the relationships required to move from opportunity to sustainable growth.

For corporate and community partners, the event also provides an opportunity to engage with growth-oriented women-owned businesses earlier in their development and help strengthen the regional supplier pipeline.
